Ganga Prem Hospice holds a monthly cancer clinic in Rishikesh. The clinic is held on the last Sunday of every month at the Sardarni Nanki Devi and Punjab Sindh Kshetra Charity Hospital. Oncologists, palliative care specialists and gynaecologists give free consultations and counselling to approximately 90 patients at each clinic. The clinic begins at 9:00 am and finishes between 1:00 and 2:00pm.

Most patients who come to the clinic are from lower income brackets and very much need the facility. An average of 60-70% of patients who come for consultations are already suffering from cancer and many more come with cancer symptoms. New cases of cancer are diagnosed at every clinic and patients are directed to the correct procedures. Free medicines and refreshments are distributed at the clinic.
