Shortness of breath is a common distressing symptom that many people go through. Not being able to breathe can be upsetting and affect the quality of one's daily life. However, some simple measures, techniques, and support tools can help alleviate the discomfort and provide relief. Do not hesitate to seek help from your family or palliative care specialist nurse, therapist or doctor, discuss your symptoms with them.
