Please note:
1) The kirtan will take place on October 12 (Saturday) and October 13 (Sunday). Please attend on the date for which you have secured your pass, as passes are strictly non-transferable between dates. Due to reports of some attendees misusing their receipts by reselling them, it is now mandatory that the person who made the reservation brings an original Aadhaar or PAN Card along with a printed copy of the receipt (emailed to you upon completing the donation for the pass). You will need to show these documents at the venue to collect your physical pass. The Hospice is not responsible for any fraudulent activity or duplication of receipts.
2) The venue is Swami Swatantranand Ashram(Swami Dayanand Nagar, Sheesham Jhadi), and the kirtan will begin promptly at 2 PM each day.
3) Gates will open at 9AM each day. It is recommended that you arrive at least two hours prior to the start time to allow ample time for pass collection and seating. In case you are using a private vehicle to arrive at the venue, paid parking is available at the Janki Jhoola. The parking is not exclusive to the event, and is open to all. To avoid hassle, we recommend you use public transport (three wheeler rickshaws).
4) No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the venue. Food and beverage stalls will be available on-site for your convenience. All purchases within the premises can be made through cash only. We humbly request you to carry sufficient cash with you for any purchases you may wish to make.
5) Footwear is not allowed inside the hall. You may bring a bag to store your shoes or use the shoe racks provided outside.
6) The venue is strictly non-smoking, and the use of alcohol is prohibited. Anyone caught using either will be asked to leave immediately.
7) We warmly encourage you to capture and share your moments of participation in the kirtan, both before and after the event, through videos and reels.
